Inspired and mentored by IDEO and Xerox-PARC legends, I've built a deep and ranging career around design in service of user needs.
I've crafted and led experiences melding rigorous process, relentless creativity, and a deeply collaborative drive. Research. Concept. Design. Test. Iterate. Test again. Launch. (and test again... and again...) Over and over for product after product, I dig into complex details, translating user needs into powerful products.
The end results have endured; many of the products I've launched carry forward core structures, interfaces, and principles even many years later. They work, and keep working.
Beyond the products themselves, I've led teams and grown younger designers. I thrive in and drive collaborative approaches. My teams work well together under my leadership, direction, and encouragement.
I love medtech, and my work for Radius XR, TK, and TK reflect the often challenging task of designing where human lives are at stake. I've also been a core part of product launches for hugely successful startups like ourPLAN (purchased by AutoTask), Chegg, Soonr, KaChing (now Wealthfront).
